With Cinco de Mayo on the calendar, it's "Buenas tardes," with a Mexican theme framing this week's "Sunday Supper." In between, I'll celebrate Billy Joel's New York state of mind as he approaches his 75th birthday, and Jeremy Rainer will have a conversation with David Bernz about his book honoring Pete Seeger, Chopping Wood: Thoughts and Stories of a Legendary American Folksinger.
