VIDEO PREMIERE: Karen Dahlstrom "After the Flood"

Idaho-born, Brooklyn-based Karen Dahlstrom has been one of the three outstanding vocalists fronting the Americana band Bobtown. Her singing and songwriting have also earned her respect as a solo artist. She’s won songwriting awards at the Mid-Atlantic Song Competition and is a two-time finalist in the prestigious Kerrville New Folk Competition.Two of her songs from her second EP, "No Man's Land," the title track and "After the Flood," were included in the "100 Best Songs of 2019" by New York Music Daily. The New Folk Initiative is proud to offer this exclusive video premiere of "After the Flood" and to invite you to hear Karen, along with Side Pony and Billy Woodward, as part of On Your Radar at Rockwood Music Hall Stage 3 on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m.
